Challenge — In 2021, Maggie Beer Products partnered with WO to launch a campaign for their essential cooking products, targeting the eastern states where brand awareness and sales were comparatively low to South Australia.

Food preparation was captured in 100fps with macro lenses.



Strategy
WO identified an audience of middle-to-high-income professionals who frequently cook and enjoy entertaining at home, who valued quality and sought convenient, unique food options at mainstream retailers.
Believing food fosters connections, WO saught to promote the series of core products, collaborating with acclaimed food stylist Annabel Bower and Maggie Beer herself to create four engaging TV spots. Leveraging the nostalgic appeal of Maggie’s cooking program, The Cook and the Chef, each ad featured detailed footage of the products combined with fresh ingredients, concluding with Maggie’s authentic sign-off.


Outcome
The campaign utilised BVOD and digital advertising, effectively reaching target audiences and boosting sales in the eastern states. A year later, WO was engaged to extend the campaign.
